"The House of Leaves" is an artistic installation that explores the story of an individual whose house grows expansively and uncontrollably over time. As the years pass, the resident discovers new corridors, rooms and floors, each with remarkably distinct architectural styles. This narrative reflects the uncontrolled growth of a city or urbanization through the experience of this character who inhabits a strange and constantly changing space. The installation presents five year 2000 televisions that allow the public to build their own versions of the narrative, highlighting the use of architectural contrasts. Each visual element was carefully designed to represent different eras and styles, creating an immersive experience that reflects the complexity of uncontrolled urban growth.
